CatalogTeam can turn a supported, reviewed Excel or CSV product list into a searchable B2B catalog. You map the columns, check the products and publish the catalog. Buyers can then find articles, choose quantities and submit a purchase request for your team to review.
1. Prepare a clear product file
Start with article codes and product names in separate columns. Keep identifiers stable so a buyer can find the same item again.
- Review duplicate or missing article codes before publication.
- Check units, quantity steps and pack rules against the real assortment.
- Decide which information buyers may see; customer-specific prices need their own configuration.
2. Map, review and publish
Upload a supported file, map its columns and inspect the import. Importing does not automatically publish the assortment. An authorized owner or manager controls publication and buyer access.
3. Let buyers build the request
A buyer searches for an article and adds quantities to a request list. Your manager receives a structured request with the selected items and contact details, then confirms the commercial next step. This is a request workflow, not a goods checkout.
What to check before you start
Agree the file layout, visible fields, units and who maintains the assortment. Review the current plans and setup fees. An ERP is not required for the native catalog and request flow; an external integration needs its own supported and verified setup.
Practical questions
Can any spreadsheet be imported automatically?
No. The file must use a supported Excel or CSV format and a layout that can be mapped. Review the import; the system does not infer every spreadsheet structure.
Does uploading a file make it public?
No. Publication is a separate authorized action. Review products and access before publishing.
When does the trial start?
The 14-day trial starts after the catalog is published with active products. No card is required for the trial. Current subscription and setup fees are listed on the pricing page.
