A practical first step

A B2B catalog without an ERP integration

Publish a reviewed product assortment and collect structured buyer requests while your team manages prices, availability and fulfillment through its current process.

Excel / CSV product file
Reviewed, searchable catalog
Buyer purchase request
Manager review
A structured request starts a conversation with your team. Stock, commercial terms and fulfillment still need confirmation.

You do not need an ERP integration to use the native CatalogTeam catalog, product search and purchase requests. Start with a reviewed Excel or CSV file. Your team keeps responsibility for maintaining the assortment and confirming availability and commercial terms.

What works independently

The native workflow takes a reviewed product file through publication, article search, a buyer request list and manager review.

  • Publish the products you have reviewed and chosen to expose.
  • Give buyers a structured way to specify articles and quantities.
  • Manage the request in the manager workspace.

What your team still confirms

A request is not a stock reservation or a confirmed shipment. Keep product information current and verify availability, final prices, delivery and payment terms before accepting the business. The Simple Catalog flow does not take payment for goods.

When an integration becomes a requirement

If your process depends on automated product updates, customer prices, availability or ERP delivery, describe those requirements before choosing a solution. External capabilities depend on the specific connector, configuration and actual verification; support must not be assumed.

Start with a bounded scope

Choose the initial assortment, responsible manager and request process. Review the public plans and setup fees. Add integration work only after its scope and readiness have been checked for your company.

Practical questions

Will a buyer request automatically become an ERP order?

No. A Simple Catalog request is stored for manager review. ERP business delivery is a separate capability and requires an explicitly supported, configured and verified scenario.

Can I show customer-specific prices?

Configured customer-specific prices are an Advanced B2B capability. They depend on the plan, company setup and current buyer access. Confirm your requirements before starting.

Is stock information a reservation?

No. Where configured availability is shown, it is an observation with freshness information. It does not reserve goods or guarantee fulfillment.

Start with your actual product file.

Tell us about your assortment, buyers and request process. Review the plans and setup fees, then agree the scope and any integration requirements before starting.
