Payment and service delivery

What you purchase

CatalogTeam provides business software: a searchable company catalog and, depending on the agreed plan, a buyer workspace and request processing. Setup is a separate one-time service.

CatalogTeam does not sell the goods shown in company catalogs or demo previews. Buying or paying for those goods is outside the CatalogTeam subscription.

Payment methods and amount

Online card payment uses an enabled, secure hosted WayForPay checkout. Available methods, including Visa or Mastercard when supported, are shown by WayForPay before confirmation.

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page. CatalogTeam does not collect card numbers or CVV in its forms.

Catalog and Business subscription and setup prices are final in USD. CatalogTeam does not add VAT or other taxes at checkout. The selected period and separate setup charge are shown before payment; Custom requires an agreed final quote.

WayForPay presents the USD price and converts it to UAH using its current merchant conversion rate. The UAH amount is shown on the hosted page before payment. Your bank may convert the UAH charge to your card currency or charge a conversion fee. No fixed exchange rate or exact debit in your card currency is promised.

Delivery, territory and timing

Service is delivered digitally through your company workspace at catalogteam.com. There is no physical shipment, courier, pickup location or shipping fee.

Service availability for the company’s country and any country-specific conditions are confirmed in the written proposal before a paid order is accepted. No unconfirmed worldwide rollout is promised.

Setup scope and completion date are agreed before the setup invoice. A setup payment alone does not activate a paid subscription. Paid access requires confirmed successful payment and the agreed company configuration.

Trial and renewals

The 14-day trial starts after the company catalog is actually published with active products. It does not require a payment card.

Monthly and annual access are separate billing periods. Automatic renewal requires an explicit choice and consent; submitting a service inquiry does not authorize a recurring charge.
