Status and parties

This offer describes the CatalogTeam subscription and setup service. A paid agreement requires confirmation of the company scope, service country, selected plan, setup schedule and payable total, followed by the company owner’s explicit checkout authorization.

The contracting seller and service contact details appear below. The customer is the company purchasing the selected CatalogTeam service. An inquiry, trial or visit to this page alone does not create a paid agreement.

Subject of the service

The service is access to the selected CatalogTeam business software plan. The Pricing page, company configuration and any separately agreed Custom quote describe the scope and limits.

Setup is a separate service with a written scope and completion schedule. The offer does not cover buyer goods payments, supplier fulfilment or an unverified ERP integration.

Request, confirmation and acceptance

Submit a Get started inquiry to discuss the plan and your product data. We confirm the company scope, service country and setup timing before enabling its checkout. Catalog and Business prices below are final in USD, with no additional VAT or tax added at checkout; Custom requires a written final quote.

The company owner must explicitly authorize the displayed charge and, if selected, separately consent to automatic renewal. WayForPay shows the UAH amount using its current conversion rate before payment; the cardholder’s bank may apply conversion or fees. Setup is charged separately from the subscription.

Digital delivery and subscription period

Access is provided online through the company workspace. Setup and access follow the Payment and service delivery information. The trial begins after a catalog is published with active products; paid access requires a verified successful payment.

Subscription cancellation and refund review follow the separate Cancellation and refund policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.

Published subscription prices

Catalog and Business prices are final in USD, with no additional VAT or tax added by CatalogTeam at checkout. Custom scope, limits and final price require an individual written quote. WayForPay shows the UAH amount before payment using its current conversion rate; your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees.
